Peter Nwomeh Foundation Inauguration

The Nwomeh family in Ozalla, Nkanu West Local Government Area, Enugu State has announced a date for the inauguration  and first public outing of The Peter Nwomeh Foundation.

A statement issued on behalf of the family by the President of the foundation, Prof. Ben Nwomeh, put the date as Friday the 26th of December, 2014. The ceremony also coincides with a remembrance for their late father, Mr. Peter Nwomeh.

The two main activities for the day are the memorial mass which will hold at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Four Corners, Ozalla, at 10 am. This will be followed by reception and inauguration ceremonies at the family compound, near the church, from 12 noon.

In the statement, Prof. Nwomeh extended invitation to relatives, friends, and well wishers of the family to the event, saying the family will be delighted and honoured by their presence. The foundation is named after the late Mr. Peter Ani Nwomeh, a foremost educationist of his time who attained fame for his outstanding academic feats.
